The controversy queen of Bollywood, Rakhi Sawant definitely knows how to hog the limelight. Known more for her antics off the camera, rather than in front, like the time she was ‘forcibly’ kissed by Mika, or the incident where she bad-mouthed her boyfriend Abhishek in public, she has always managed to grab headlines for some reason or the other.
Most recently, she has come out in support of All India Bakchod (AIB), saying that the AIB team is innocent and the members were being victimised. She said that people had cheated all those who were involved in the AIB controversy and that the whole roast was dubbed. She also stated that people like Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh could not use obscene language as they are respectable people. She even claimed that Ranveer Singh is a good friend of hers.

Cosmetic surgery: She did not hide the fact that she had gone under the knife. She went on to say, ‘Jo god nahi deta, woh doctor deta hai.” This upfront confession had created quite a stir in the industry.
Mika kissing incident: Mika had kissed Rakhi Sawant at his birthday party. She claimed that he kissed her forcibly, although at that time she did not show any kind of hesitation. Mika responded to her allegations in a typical way by creating a spoof of the situation in his song.
Lip lock with Kainaaz: During the premiere of the movie Khamosh, she kissed actress Kainaaz Pervez in full view of the media. This gesture too raised a lot of eyebrows.
Bad-mouthing her boyfriend: After her break-up with boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi, she slapped him at a common friend’s party. She also questioned his character in front of the press. This was made a public affair and Abhishek went on to say that Rakhi was a shameful part of his past.
‘Dil Bole Hadippa’ controversy: This time she went head-on and confronted one of the biggest production houses in Bollywood, Yash Raj Films. She allegedly claimed that the makers had restricted her role to just an item number and did not give her enough screen space.
